Many Christian websites fail to understand these promotion and search engine optimization issues and receive far fewer
visitors than they deserve. The correct use of the title tag is often not
appreciated – yet this is the single easiest way to improve search engine ranking for a range of keywords. A few
minutes’ work improving these tags into enticing 90-character descriptions will pay dividends.
You can also use Social Bookmarking systems to encourage more visitors to your own site, or to other outreach sites that you judge to be good.
Making sites sticky is a key to bringing in return visitors. And sites which lack good usability will not retain even first-time visitors, who may leave prematurely in confusion. The addition of newsletters or blogs can be very helpful.
